How To Write Effective content




Writing effective content is a skill that can be learned through practice and patience. here i am discussing a few tips on the topic, which will surely guide you.

1. First of all, try to organize your ideas into a logical outline- before and
during the writing process.
2. Tell the readers what you are going to tell them I brief (while starting
the paragraph or intro of the content.
3. Discuss only one main theme or subject in one paragraph or article, and try
to justify with it.
4. Make it interesting (directly address the reader in the content / article
like you are talking only to him. Try to include a human touch and picture
through the words.
5. Always keep your target audience in mind.
6. Write as if you are telling a story or giving information about something to
your readers they know nothing about.
7. Discuss one idea in each paragraph; give your readers time to think.
8. Do not use unnecessary slang /jargon (as people who will not understand the
slangs will not read your content).
9. Try to use familiar and easy words clearly stating the purpose of the text.
10. Use active voice. (it gives a sense of urge to reader and initiates him to
read more.
11. Use strong verbs (in active sense)
12. Maintain consistency in sentences by parallel sentence construction.
13. Give direct instructions. Be more direct in your approach (especially when
giving suggestions to readers).
14. Provide explanations for Acronyms (do not let readers struggle with these).
15. Check the spelling and grammar.
16. Write in short sentences. Read the content again and ensure that any
useless/repetitive content is not there.
17. When you are done with the writing. Just stop and analyze it once again. You
don’t need to add any other unnecessary stuff.
